DTS uses Mentor Graphics (Router Solutions) set of tools such as CAMCAD Professional, CCPRO-DFT and BOM Explorer in conjunction with its own set of tools to provide you with a comprehensive set of reports that allows PCB designers to evaluate physical net accessibility prior to board fabrication (Post-Layout Analysis) or provide insight to determine the nodal accessibility of testable features on the design (Pre-Production Analysis). Insufficient attention to test access can cost thousands of dollars in poor production yield. Design For Testability can help eliminate costly revision spins, achieve design excellence and reduce time to market.
