Schematics:
Schematics
are required to understand the electrical connectivity of the board.
Schematics are also used to determine areas of concern with respect
to the board's testability.
Bill Of
Materials (BOM):
This file should include reference designation, value,
tolerance, quantity and part numbers. An electronic ASCII or
Excel copy works best for this data. |
|
 |
CAD data: The
requested ASCII formatted file contains the intelligent data of the board such as: 1)
Reference Designator, 2)
X & Y Coordinates, 3)
Theta (Part Rotation), 4)
Part Number (Reference to BOM), 5)
Package Style, 6) PCB
Mount Side (Top/Bottom) and 7)
Component Technology (SMT vs. PTH).
Check the CAD page for accepted formats and file
extensions.

Assembly
Drawings:
These drawings are used to identify
component placement. In addition, we can determine devices that may
cause fixturing problems i.e.: bottom side connectors, tall
capacitors, etc.
